Jaguars,
monkeys, hummingbirds, and all the animals are waiting for the children at the
Japanese Pavilion in Ibirapuera Park. The workshops happen on Wednesdays,
Saturdays, and Sundays and are free.
The Brazilian Indigenous Stools exhibition is being held at the
Japanese Pavilion — a building inspired by the Katsura Palace, in Kioto — located
at the Ibirapuera Park, in São Paulo. The show, with a selection of seventy pieces
from the BEĨ collection, hosts in July a workshop for children, taking place on
Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, in two different timeslots: 10:30 am and
2:30 pm.
The educational activity is for
free, including material and a guided visit organized by the exhibition’s
producers, during which the children will learn more about the indigenous
culture, followed by the paper stool workshop. There is no need to register in
advance.
Activity duration: 1:15.
